Getting your puppy home
Bringing a puppy to a new home — interstate or overseas — is an exciting journey, and we take every step to make it safe, comfortable, and stress-free. From the start, our puppies are prepared with proper crate familiarisation and socialization so they arrive happy and settled.
Elsie remained calm and comfortable during her travel prep, being familiar with the PP40 crate and exposed to standard engine noise for familiarisation beforehand. It's part of the same considered process every puppy goes through before they leave us.
We also walk every family through exactly what to expect on pickup day at the destination airport — what the crate looks like, how the handover works, and what your puppy will need in the first few hours after landing, so nothing feels unfamiliar on the day.
Families who've welcomed a puppy this way tell us the same thing: tired but happy, and ready for the next adventure together — whether that's a short flight within Australia or a long trip further afield.
